Hi, I'm Mia — and I've been exactly where you are.

After years of working 60-hour weeks in finance, I hit rock bottom with my health. I was overweight, exhausted, and completely disconnected from my body. When I finally found the right approach to training and nutrition, everything changed — not just physically, but mentally.
